Linda Spalding is the author of four novels including The Purchase, the precursor to A Reckoning which was awarded Canada’s Governor General’s Literary Award. She is a recipient of Canada’s Harbourfront Festival Prize. Born in Kansas, she lives in Toronto where she is an editor on Brick magazine.
